Perbandingan Respon Terapi dan Toksisitas Regimen Kemoterapi Kombinasi antara Paclitaxel, Carboplatin, dan Ifosfamide (TIP) dengan Paclitaxel dan Carboplatin (TP) pada Kanker Serviks Stadium IIb

Tujuan: Mengetahui perbandingan respon terapi dan toksisitas regimen kemoterapi kombinasi Paclitaxel Carboplatin Ifosfamide dengan pada kanker serviks stadium IIB. Metode: Sebanyak 30 pasien yang baru terdiagnosis IIB dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu Paclitaxel-Carboplatin-Ifosfamide (TIP) Paclitaxel-Carboplatin (TP). Volume tumor diukur sebelum sesudah tiga siklus kemoterapi. Hasil:Tingkat penurunan rata-rata volume sebesar (23,66% vs 39,08%). Tidak ada perbedaan secara bermakna angka parsial, progresif tidak antara p > 0,05. Hasil parsial (46,7 % 73,3%), (13,3% 13.3%), (40,0 1,3%) kelas 2 lebih dominan mual, kerontokan (53,3%) fatique, muntah (46,7%). Kesimpulan: Regimen efektif dalam menurunkan ukuran efek samping minimal dibandingkan Paclitaxel-Carboplatin-Ifosfamide. Comparison of Therapy Response and Toxicity Combination Chemotherapy Regimens Between Paclitaxel, And (PCI) with (PC) in Stadium Cervical Cancer Abstract Objective: To compare the therapeutic response toxicity a combination chemotherapy stage cervical cancer.
